[GAMEPLAY] Katarina can avoid being pulled by Swain's passive under certain conditions

If Katarina is CCed by Swain's Nevermove at the same time that she casts Shunpo, she cannot be pulled by his passive. This gives her an unfair advantage, as the bug can be reproduced intentionally. Please fix this in the next patch.
