[GAMEPLAY] Ludens Echo and Ezreal's Q

Currently, Ludens Echo does not proc on Ezreals Q hitting. Not sure if this is intended, but seems to be an oversight, as as far as I can tell it is a spell. Was sad to see, hope this isn't the case :(.
