Pc getting frozen after logging into the game

After i updated to 5.14 and played 2-3 aram games normally, i log off, and tried to log back in 3 hours later, when i tried that my pc just froze and it wouldn't respond to anything so i had to restart it manually from its power button.I have seen many more having the same problem, can anyone help us out?
