In-Game Bugs

Has anybody else noticed these bugs:

1. Items with an Active (Locket, Mikael's, etc) disappear from your inventory when you activate them. I had Locket disappear on me twice, and it reappeared after I backed. It also never activated. It just disappeared and never went off
2. Wards don't go in the exact place you click. I've "missed" bushes at least 5 times now because of that
3. Idk about every Champion, but I know for a fact I've tried to Ult with Nami, and the wave does not go in the direction I aim. It happens once or twice per game. The Ult travels in a random direction
