problems with the game

There have been several times where I log into a game and none of my buttons work QWER for example. thus I am unable to play the game so I log out and log back in to fix this but then I am reported as an afk. idk why this keeps happening and or how to prevent this. some times I have to restart me computer to get It to work. I never afk willingly but my team and I are constantly suffering because of this. by the time im able to play im 6 levels behind some times more and what ever team im on is beyond upset. and as am I. I would love some help with this, iv asked other people and they've said it happens to them some times also. id say it happens to me at least twice a week. and I play a fair amount. my email is [email protected] if youd like more info on this or if anyone has any suggestions that could prevent this. thank you.
