PBE Login.

Well about 6 months ago I was able to create a PBE account - I'm pretty sure I set it to the same email I always use and did the same passwords etc, it happened at the time and still does now but it always says my info is correct when I am 99% sure it is correct, I've tried "forgot password" but I never get the email in my inbox or spam.. I think I'm just dumb and used the wrong email but still-very frustrating. >:(
