Bugsplat and full client repair everytime I load into ranked

Hello, ever since patch 9.5 I have been unable to play any games. Everytime champ select ends and the game starts to load I get an imeediate bugsplat and it says "we have detected an issue with your installation files and will now attempt a full repair." I have let the game finish its full repair, I have initiated my own full repair, and I have tried re-installing the client. I now have 2 ranked losses including LP just because my client refuses to let me load into a single game.
