Dodging Bug???

Okay, so im not sure what 100 percent is going on but this has happened to me 3x in a row. First time it happened, i changed my summoner spell with 2 seconds left on the timer till the match started ( i had already selected Sona to play and had locked her in) there were two other summoners who hadnt choosen their characters then all of a sudden " sorry there was an issue with chaniging your summoner spells" followed by a black screen, in my head im like sweet okay thats fine ill do mid with exhaust and not ignite only to be taken back the lobby screen because i "dodged" the game, when i hadnt pressed exit or did anything to exit the game, hit with 5 minute timer. The next time it happened i was switching between soraka and Sona waiting for my team mates to ansewer which one they prefered as Sup, as i lock in Sona again the sorry there was an error selecting this champion, then black screen then boom back to the lobby screen.... 15 minute dodge que. Wtf is happening? Is this a Glitch, or is it something im doing?
