"Access temporarly restricted" when trying to start a custom game.

I got this alert twice when i tried to start a custom game with 9 bots. It appeared at the whentime the loading screen should have started. My client closes and i have to log in again. But then it works normally. Any thoughts?

When time (and the specific day) did you see this on?

I had this as well some time ago, also when trying to start a custom. If I remember correctly, it happened in a custom consisting of only me and no bots.
