The New Client didn't load my tier 3 runes so I just wasted ip. Thanks!

Just like the title, I couldn't see one of my tier 3 Glyphs to add to my rune page and so I end up buying another one, then when I refresh the page I saw that had 3 of those. I just wasted 400 IP. Now it may not seem a lot but I was close to 9k IP and now I have 8.6K IP. I'm not mad, just reporting a bug with the new client.
