Zilean Q + W + Q combo still buggy

I remember in an earlier patch that Zilean's W was made uncastable if his Q or E wasn't on cooldown. This is not the case. I still consistently get 1 bomb and a W on cooldown. I should be able to combo as fast as I want, please fix!
