[CRASH] Crash Upon Game Completion

Upon finishing a game and clicking either victory or defeat, my game may freeze on that screen, and waiting will not help, forcing me to use task manager. This seems to happen after every other game, though it may be that it simply only happens 50% of the time. I have a Samsung Computer with a i5 core and Windows 8.

EDIT: It does not happen every other time, though it is a fairly common occurrence
