[CRASH] A game isn't fun if you can't play.

Everything crashes mid game for the entire team of 5 players.

It is not a firewall, IP, nor internet connection problem. Reconnecting is impossible. About 10 mins after the crash, the game we played (sometimes for a long time) seems to have ended, but it does not even exist in the match history. This has been happening at least twice a week for about a month.

Please, give some insight on how to prevent or solve this issue.
