Resolution problem from patch 7.1 still not fixed

Its been 1 month and still fullscreen isnt working every time screen is out of range,,im ''playing'' in window mode and fps droped from 60-80 to 15-30 and i have graphics in very low....FIX THIS PLEASEEE
