Can't buy Runaan Hurricane on Thresh
I tried to build an AD Thresh after the new patch, but i couldn't finish the buy. It said "for ranged attackers". I do recall Thresh being one

I think in the game code thresh is not treated as a ranged champion, an other proof is that thresh autoattacks hit yasuo even if he his behind his windwall.
Literally unplayable champ now
Thresh has the longest melee range of any champion, however he is still melee. I tested this before and his attacks proc hydra not runnans, that being said I do believe kayle and jayce should still be able to buy the hurricane
