This started happening to me about 3-4 days ago. It went from only happening once every game to happening once every 5 minutes. I've been playing league for years and this has never happened to me until recently. It's basically unplayable for me now, since you can't move your character while it's happening so it gets you killed. If anyone is having the same problem, do tell. And if there's a fix I'd love to see one and I really hope this does get fixed.
Good luck, I've been experiencing this issue for 2 years now. Made the game completely unplayable, so much wasted money.

Yea, happening to me too. My internet is fine, but for some reason I get the "Attempting to Reconnect" in game and then I have to close out using Task Manager and try getting back in. Of course it just does the same issue again five minutes later. This is irritating and Riot needs to fix this bug! Leaver Buster is a waste when it comes to this bug!
here's the fix for pvp/reconnecting: run -> services.msc STOP IP helper
