Game Crashes After Every Game [CRASH]

Since the last patch and this one, everytime a game ends it always crashes. I then have to end up closing the game using task manager. This isn't so bad, but I have to do this after EVERY game and sometimes it makes it so I don't get my end game screen or when I close it using task manager it will pop back up with the reconnect screen and then I have to wait to "try" to reconnect to nothing and then exit it again.

Not that big of an issue, but still very annoying and would rather not have to deal with it. Never had this problem before.
