Azir E Q bug

When I do the E Q combo as Azir, sometimes the character stops moving like if my fps went down to zero, until he gets to the final Q destination. So I can't really tell if I made it there, or I failed the E Q and makes me unsure if ulting or not, since I can't see my champion until it gets there, but everything else keeps moving just fine so I believe it's a bug and not my computer. I request the chicken skin for this!!!
