[GAMEPLAY] Veigar stun disables execute

I wanted to execute myself, but Veigar used his stun. I falshed out of it, but veigar killed me. In death recap he gave me the status effect of his stun. but i clearly wasnt stunned. I will upload the replay soon.

I wasnt able to reproduce it right now, because i dont have the time to do so. Probably it works as intended, but i dont think so. In my opinion the Status effect should only apply on contact with the wall (Stun!)

REPRODUCE

1. get hit by towers
2. let enemy Veigar use his stun on you
3. DONT GET STUNNED!!!
4. die without getting damage from Veigar
5. Veigar gets kill
