Wooglet's Witchcap passive not increasing ap.

I just recently played a few games of Twisted Treeline. Playing as a mage so Wooglet's Witchcap is an essential item I purchase. But I have noticed that it had not increased my ap by 25% as its passive would. As well as the tooltip not showing how much increased ap I would have. No indication at all.

All I did was purchase it. One time I refunded it and repurchased it in game to see if it would fix and it did not. Just wanted to let know of this issue.

Haven't played Treeline in a bit, but the tooltip DOES always display 0 AP, despite actually giving bonus AP.

Can confirm this bug as well, witnessed the same problem. Tooltip in the game for my teammate displayed no AP increase, not sure whether or not the actual AP score increased, but i can confirm at least the tooltip didn't show it. They were playing Zyra
