Custom Rune Pages go MIA

Idk if I'm the only one but usually when I log in and play a game my runes are not saved on my client and so like most I go into a game and they don't appear so I'm forced to usually leave during champion select and restart my client. Usually when I relog all my pages return. Idk what causes this but it's annoying having to dodge ques constantly.

I have tried repairing my game but it still happens... idk what the error is or if I'm the only one with said problem.
