Zhongya refreshes Ekko's ult

URBirdman1··6 votes·791 views

After pressing R, if Ekko uses Zhongya before he reaches the final position, he can use R again after Zhongya. This is definitely a bug, allowing Ekko to use two ults in 3 secs. Please investigate and fix this, thanks!
