FREEZE DURING CHAMPION SELECT WHILE OTHER BROWSERS ARE OPEN

Second time I'm reporting this cuzz it's frustrating and keeps happening with me and other people, if you are in champion select and try to watch clips in other browers (tried with chrome, Firefox) you have a 50% chance League freezes during champion select. Timer stops at zero, while other players haven actually chosen their champ, I'm unable to click anything. Then my timer ends in the background, I have to force League to close and have a nice ban of 30 minutes waiting for me when i log in. Last time I was so frustrated I just quit League for several months. Now I'm back, and it's even worse.
