[GAMEPLAY] Nami "E" Sound Effect Missing

When you use Nami's "E" the sound effect that occurs when you auto attack a minion or enemy champion is missing.

To reproduce this bug:

  1. Proc Nami's "E" on an allied champion AND/OR yourself.

This bug occurs every game.

I haven't ran into that problem this patch. are there any other steps to replicating it?
