Betweenloading screen and champ select

Ok. First i started launcher and logged in. as always. i wanted to play butchers bridge, bought my team skins for 95 RP. 3...2....1...0 launcher closes as always. load screen "opens", but i got black screen, my curser symbol for "loading" (blue circle) is the only thing i can see. after some time it says i should watch my internet connecten, but i did that plus my brother has the same issue (not living in the same house so it cant be our internet connection only) after i close everything and go to launcher and login again, i click "reconnect to game" oh and btw i think i got punished for closing everything after clicking "reconnect to game" the same things happen over and over again. sometimes i get black screen and cant tab it away. hope it gets fixed, soon.

FINALLY SOMEONE WITH THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM AS ME. I've been talking about it on the forums for a while now and I doubt rito is trying to do anything. It doesnt work on my laptop but it works perfectly fine on my computer for some reason. super ridiculous.
