Volibear able to buy Jungle items with out smite

I was playing Volibear top and brought teleport and ghost to the lane. I constructed a spirit visage and boots then began my sunfire cape. After i made the Bami's cinder i clicked it so i could select the sunfire cape. At this time i saw Rangers Trailblazer with cinderhulk light up and purchasable. I checked to see if i could purchase the item which i could and was able to buy. moments after buying it, it was removed from my inventory with the gold not refunded. I'm sure it's suppose to be non accessible but i just wanted to let this bug be known.
