[GAMEPLAY] Qiyana 0 CD Q bug

While testing Qiyana on practice mode i encountered a weird bug. After casting W on a wall and immediatly after that casting Q, my q went on cooldown. After that i was able to cast Q infinitely. I NEVER toggled the option to have infinite CD. I only tested this on a practice game with the base Qiyana skin and I was unable to recreate it again on a second practice mode game.

You obviously are just pressing W on a 0 second cd so that it looks like your Q is on a 0 second cd :P
