[Gameplay] GGMF Ult SFX Lacks Laugh

As the title states, Gun Goddess Miss Fortune lacks her signature laugh while ulting. None of the 4 skin variants produce the laugh either. I noticed this a few patches ago. At first, her laugh would get interrupted. Now it just doesn't play at all.
