Ban and champ select freeze

@Riot So lately iv been noticing that half the time my ban or my champ select wont lock in. I click the champion or my ban, and the "Ban" or "Select" option doesnt light up, and im getting abandoning game wait times, and its really annoying. On top of that Its blemishing my account status on not leaving games etc and its frustrating with this new system where we need to ban and lock in champs and unlike Tb where i just locked in and poof i was in a game no bans no nothing that can get me wait times for forgetting to join a game etc. Please either give me back team builder or stop the server problems where my bans or champion select isnt locking in!
