Game impacting bugs with Ashe on patch 5.22

Ashe has on patch 5.22 a few bugs which are really annoying or game breaking.

1st bug: If Ashe buys a hurricane and activates her Q, only 1 Bullet per target appears and deals greatly reduced damage

2nd bug: Ashe only receives 1 stack of focus, even if hurricane hits multiple targets

3rd bug: Ashe's W (Volley) says, that on champion hits, it counts as a crit, but Warlord's Bloodlust (Ferocity Masteries first Keystone) doesn't activate after hitting a champion

4th bug: Ashe's Q (Ranger's Focus) works on structures again

That's all the bugs i saw during my first game

the ashe q on structures is intended

Have not seen this bug and runaans for me deals more dmg when i activate Q.

Have seen this both add and fail to add stacks

I assume this doesnt work because it doesnt register Volley like it would Yas Q with on hit effects. Theres still on hit bugs with ashe (non sum rift mostly that would carry over to SR if the items were there), Lightbringer / Pillager apply the bleed on every wave of ashe's Activated Q AND when her volley hit. This i had confirmed b4 this patch so i am not sure if that is how it is presently, but i assume it still works. Do you also notice Runaans Acquition range isnt consittant and will hit champions when you AA a turret? Dont recall the later happening b4 this patch
