Trinket + Leveling BUG

This is pretty simple. Click your trinket or select it via hotkey. If you level in this state (where you are about to place a trinket ward for example) it puts it on cooldown when you never even used it.

I just experienced it.

I have only tried it with a trinket ward but I assume it would happen to the other trinkets and possibly even items.
