Gifting Center is not working

I just purchased RP to gift my friend and when i went to the Gifting Center it wouldn't open. just a blank screen. Not sure if it is happening to everyone or just me. Hope you can fix it if it is a global problem.

Hey guys, out of curiosity has anyone tried resetting their Internet Explorer settings and cache to default first? Store issues are normally a result of IE going bonkers, it would be a good troubleshoot before determining a server side problem.
