[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench W on 3 stacks does not interact with ~ "Target Champions Only"

Tahm Kench when casting W on an enemy champion with 3 stacks of passive will sometimes cast it on an enemy minion instead of the enemy champion, even when holding the target champions only button.

1. Auto enemy champion 3 times.

2. Cast W on enemy champion while holding "Target Champions Only" with enemy minions nearby.

3. Result should be that Tahm Kench might cast W on an enemy minion.
