Ever since I purchased the Augmented Singed skin yesterday, I have only been able to use it in 20% of my games. In both teambuilder and blind pick, i choose Singed, then to assure it picks my skin, I choose classic, then Augmented Singed. The past couple games it's used the classic skin even while i had Augmented Singed selected. If I pay money for something I kind of expect to be able to use it.
I have had the same problem with my Teemo Skins..
Been having this same problem with every skin on every champ for a few weeks now. I've also reported the bug several times. Rather disheartening that we've yet to get a Red reply.
I have noticed that if you click back and forth a couple times, between a champ's normal skin and the purchased skin, until only the skin you want is highlighted (about 3-4 times) It should work.
