Client issues

Riot I'm here too say that your client messed up on me today. Was in the middle of a game when I started too lag bad so I decided too do a quick restart. Now the game itself won't load Everytime I click on league of legends too load it, it acts like it's gonna bring up the login stuff but then automatically closed itself and now I can't get back into my game. My brother told me since he is in the game with me that everyone plans on reporting me and my account will probably get a 2 week ban thanks too a bug in the client. And I'm not gonna be in the slightest bit happy if it does.
