Ancient Coin Quest with full inventory [GAMEPLAY]

When completing the ancient coin quest if you have a full inventory you never get the elixir. It just completes the quest and never give it to you even after freeing a spot in you inventory. You could just make it auto consume like with the other elixirs, put a warning on it, or make it be added after a slot is opened even if you had to make it appear as a one time item in the shop or something. Also it would be lovely if you could remove the phantom level up upon reaching level 18 after using the skill elixir (the game just showing blacked out level up crosses above all the skills even though you have no point to spend)
