Finding Match Continuously Freezes After Waiting For Leaver Buster

I have waited countless 20 minutes because after I wait the 20 minutes, the timer on the finding match freezes and does not continue. Then, I have to exit queue and wait another 20 minutes for it to load. This continuously happens and I need to wait 3 times of 20 minutes, but end up waiting 6-7 times. Please try to fix this because I am not the only one reporting this bug and it has annoyed me so many times when I really want to play.
