[CRASH] Bug locking me out of queue

There is a new bug I haven't seen before. It is very annoying because the bug has just locked me for 15min.

After joining ARAM queue the body of the client ran completely black. No sound. No movement. The title of the window stayed blue with the white version number. What to do in this case? Alt F4 locked me, x showed a message that I will be temporarily banned from queue. Now I'm waiting.....

Windows 8, i7, 16gb RAM, Nvidia GTX 970
