Being Kicked from champ select

The league of legends client continues to kick me out of champ select with an unknown error message. This wouldn't be as big a problem but it is costing me LP i am now currently at -13 points in silver 5 and this could be the thing that causes me to fall. my internet connection seems to be fine of everything other then league and my roommate(same internet) is not having any issues.

I am having the same problem playing new king poro and in the ban phase everytime someone bans a champ it says retrieving from server then its champ select after a 30 sec freeze then it kicks me out for not selecting a champ

Roommate now having same problem starts up a ranked game and with 18 seconds left it says he left room.

A similar problem here. Can someone confirm it's the dna cache or are the EUW servers broken again.
