Ranked dropped after winning a match? wth

So I was bronze 1 , needed a win to get to promo for silver. Went into a match, won the match and at the end screen I see I'm bronze 2 and entered promo for bronze 1? What the hell rito?

Also submited a ticket.

I submited a report, still haven't heard anything. But I swear to you I was bronze 1. Even have a screenshot from a friend
