Bard Cosmic binding Scuttlecrab bug

Found a bug in practice tool and when playing against a friend. When killing scuttle with bard's Q (cosmic binding) AND the killing blow binds to an enemy, bard will receive 70 gold for the kill but the scuttle vision buff and movespeed go to the enemy team. It also seem that when he kills the scuttle with his auto empowered with travelers call (and an enemy is next to the scuttle), it will do the same thing. Bard will get the gold, but vision and movespeed go to the enemy team. When I tested this, the enemy did no dmg to either scuttle or bard.
