Will only load PBE

Every time I try and open up my league it redirects to my PBE HUB. I tried to delete the pbe but then it wouldn't even load league at all said something about my kernal or something would respond.

Help or thoughts?

Happened to me too, what I did was opening my LoL client as adminstrator. Hope this helps :)
