Simply put, she is obviously hacking or doing some exploit, and i thought it should be brought to the worlds attention. This guy is a dick. (or gal, I am not being sexist.)
I don't think the exploit is a gold exploit but rather a double pot purchase exploit. Otherwise she would have bought more in the future but it's always just the two pots. At least that's what the trend suggests.
Her build + wards +pots + elixirs = 12.3k gold.
She bought 4800 gold worth of elixirs.
She earned 8.5k gold that game.
12.3k - 8.5k = - 3.8k
3800 gold short (and even if my math is wrong...thats a pretty big gold gap)
Her first back was just before 4 minutes and she bought 1120 gold worth of items even tho she had only earned about 650 gold since the game started (taken from champion gold chart)
Also if you look at the player build and cursor over the spirit stone it says 700(17) which means that she only paid 17 gold for it. BUT even if that was true she should of still be a little short for all the stuff she bought.

@SniperPi, you have already noticed that Riot deleted the past post regarding this. they don't allways comeout and discuss maintenance on their game about bug abuses. they have admited on the forums they don't like when this is discussed too much because its advertising the bug. Just keep profiling that player they will likely be banned soon
Most of the naming and shaming thing is because of speculation. This is obviously a hack, and is viewable by Riot's own match history.
I just saw another post with the same person doing the same exploit and still on fiora. That guy is really unlucky to get double forum posts about him.

Send in a report, or atleast block the names. Chances are, this thread is going to be gone simply because you called someone out.
Something else to point out is that the Fiora's build path constantly has her buying both elixirs each back.
And if you look at the player history, you see that the elixir exploit continues throughout. Must be free elixirs or something.
