LIKE LITERALLY 3 ACCOUNTS NOW 3 FING 3 LIKE I HAVE ALMOST NEVER BEEN TOXIC AND LIKE PEOPLE HAVE REPORTED ME FOR TRYING TO PLAY A NEW CHAMP FOR THE FIRST TIME SAYING HE INTED EVENJ THOUGH I HAVE SAID ITS MY FIRST TIME ION MY CHAMP AND NOPE THAT GARBAGE ASS REPORT SYSTEM KEEPS BANNING ME MY FIRST ACCOUNT PERMAD AGAIN MY SECOND ACCOUNT PERMAD LIKE DUDE I DID NOTHING WROG MY THRID ACCOUNT JUST SUSPENDED I SPENT MONEY ON MY 3RD ACCOUNT TOO.

Judging by your reaction I highly doubt you're as civil as you think you are, and makes you sound like someone who would get perma'd shortly after hitting level 30.

Also, I'd like you to justify on how you managed to go 1/10 as Fiora and only manage to have 3 cs per minute over a 38 minute game. Regardless of being new on a champion. You'd have to actively avoid farming to have a score this low. This is like relic support territory.

Actually, going deeper into your match history I see you going games with like 12-20 kills every couple of games with low deaths then all of a sudden you'll go like 4/17, 3/11, 1/13, 3/11, 1/10, 4/18 (actual scores from your match history). Seems a little suspicious to me, especially considering in a majority of your games the rest of your team seems to be doing decently well and there doesn't seem to be any giga-fed hyper carries on the enemy team either (few game exceptions where there was one, but a majority don't have this), their scores on average are pretty normal.

With all of this information, it'd be hard for me personally to find any proof of you not intentionally feeding, the combination of non-feeding teamates, non-fed opponants, low cs scores and low kill participation with high deaths, leads me to come to this conclusion.

Of course, I'm no analyst and may be competently wrong. The chances of you getting perma'd this early though is pretty low even if you theoretically speaking were intentionally feeding, unless of course you were doing a "little" too much typing in chat with the wrong language choices, but that's a different matter.
