Tracker's knife ward bug

Good evening, I've just played a game and found a bug with new item "Tracker's knife" . That item gives 2 wards and you can put them non stop while you're in your fountain, because it recharges every single time you put a new ward and the bug is that whenever the ward ends you get one CS. I tried it for like 5 minutes and I got more than 300 farm. That doesn't give any money, xp, but it's still a bug that confuses players. (i was lvl 8 with 300 farm+)
