No credit for a match, can't play any more games (see below)

Just finished a ranked game with my duo, we creamed, and when we tried leaving the game, the end game screen never loaded. So we quit, but apparently, upon checking my info, the game wasn't there and i didn't gain any LP or IP. Kinda upsetting, and even tho it wouldn't have made a difference i tried restarting client. It said the game was still running and i had to reconnect. When i tried reconnecting, I got the 'no connection' window, and the deserter warning. Having no option I used task manager to close league. So besides losing fairly gained IP and LP I have a negative mark on my account due to leaving a game i already won, and I cant even play any more games because apparently the game is still in progress. This occurred during a notice saying ranked games where disabled. Riot, i don't like complaining, and I think your game is fantastic, I'm just a bit upset about the series of events. The game I played was with Meecci, and my duo is Luna the Gamer. Any help would be much appreciated. (Please Like if it happened to you and add the names of others who lost out because of it)
