Why can't Ornn cancel autos with laugh/taunt/dance/joke?

Pretty much the title, he behaves similarly to Galio's passive imbued auto and Jhin's 4th shot, except all the time? I haven't noticed any other champion that's unable to do this except the narrow exceptions noted previously.
