Toxic Mundo Cleaver Invis?

I just played a game where every cleaver Mundo threw was invisible. He was using the Toxic Mundo skin. I think this might be a skin related bug, but I'm unsure since I haven't played with many Mundos recently. Please look into this; because it is extremely hard to dodge a skill shot that I can't see and this bug could potentially be game changing.
