[CLIENT] Rakan showing temporarily disabled for me, but pickable for enemy team
I'm in a game right now where this happened.

Yes. This also happened to me with Xayah, I was not able to select OR ban her, but then our last pick took her.(Same team).
When mousing over, a popup error text says "temporarily disabled" exactly like OP's title.
