Remake function not working

I just played a game where my team was within full boundaries to be able to remake the game for our disconnected player. At the three minute marker we were not allowed to prompt the remake vote because it said there was not a disconnected player. when our Darius had already disconnected as soon as he entered the game. after the period where players are allowed to remake lapsed we were faced to continue a 4v5 game why did this happen. After reviewing the terms I can't understand why we would not be allowed to remake. this is an unfair reason to have to lose LP

Yeah remake isnt perfect yet. In the match history did dardar put any points into skills?

The same thing did happen in my last game. seems like they just rolled out that function so they can say "hey we gave you remake function so stop complaining about afks". i had many games were it just didnt work. those were more likely then games were the remake did work. thats really sad...
